1. Program Description

Mission Essential Barber Shop operates an SMS notification program to send appointment confirmation messages to customers who book services through our website. This is a transactional notification service, not a marketing program.

2. Message Frequency

You will receive one (1) SMS confirmation per appointment booked. Additional messages will not be sent unless you initiate a new booking.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Mission Essential Barber Shop is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will no longer receive appointment confirmation texts.

6. Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you agree that it is your responsibility to cancel with at least 24 hours notice by calling (618) 416-7141. Failure to cancel may result in a no-show fee at the discretion of the shop.
